Helix was founded with the desire to create a new voice in the jazz community and offer work to aspiring and professional dancers. Seeing the need for an on-going monthly event, The Milk and Honey Series was created as an outlet for performers to do what they love best.

The Milk and Honey team consists of the following individuals; Lucas Beaver, Jennie Kendrick, Cara Volchoff and Linda Garneau. Together we fuse various pieces submitted throughout the month into an evening of adventure and fun. Hosted by Cara, the event is held at 5ive Nightclub and serves as an ideal mix of stage and club. An industry event not to be missed.
